The holiday apartment was completed in June 2019 and is located on the ground floor of a 100-year-old, renovated Allgäu house.

 3 rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom, spread over 66 square meters, offer plenty of space for a relaxing holiday. There's also a furnished 16 square meter covered balcony with a view of the beautifully landscaped and well-kept garden.

Living area

Equipped with a comfortable 3-seater couch with motor-adjustable relaxation function and a reading chair with a separate reading lamp, guests can indulge in literature or listen to music from the stereo system (CD, cassette, radio).

Thanks to the 43" LED flat screen, guests won't miss any news programs or films.

With the DVD player, the 50 selected films available (a selection from the Süddeutsche Zeitung), or DVDs you have brought with you, can be played on the large LED screen.

Food & Cooking

The new kitchenette features a ceramic hob, microwave, and oven, as well as a refrigerator with a 3*** freezer compartment and a dishwasher. The comfortable corner bench with an additional chair offers space for breakfast and home-cooked meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary pots, dishes, cutlery, and glasses in sufficient quantity and quality. Of course, there's also an egg cooker, coffee maker, water heater, and toaster.

Sleep 1

The 18-square-meter bedroom features a large, 1.9-by-2-meter solid wood double bed with separate mattresses. The bedside lamps can be switched on and off via touchscreen. The starry sky ceiling light can also be controlled by remote control. In addition to the spacious bedroom closet for clothes, each bed has a chair for storage.

Sleeping 2

The holiday apartment offers a 16 sqm room for a third person, featuring a solid wood single bed and a bedroom closet. An additional flat-screen TV on the wall, as well as a remote-controlled reading lamp and starry sky ceiling light, allow a third person to stay in the apartment independently.

Bad

The bathroom, although only 4 square meters in size (small), is brand new and therefore functionally remodeled. It is equipped with a daylight window, a walk-in shower with a real glass partition, a toilet, a new sink with a vanity unit, and an illuminated makeup mirror. A hairdryer is also included.

Hallway

A spacious entrance area with a wardrobe and full-length mirror, as well as a key rack, complete the apartment.

balcony

The 16 sqm covered balcony, overlooking the manicured garden and urban outbuildings such as the former bee house, offers outdoor entertaining even in warm, rainy weather. Equipped with a table and matching adjustable high-back chairs, breakfast and other meals can be enjoyed outdoors.

The large balcony also features a comfortable lounger.
